We design our products to be versatile and easy to customize. Whether you’re building a quick lunch or a full post-workout meal, our proteins pair well with a variety of sides. My personal favourite combo is alfredo chicken breast, rice, fried garlic, and kimchi!

For a complete, ready-to-eat meal, try our Fried Brown Rice — made with brown rice, your choice of beef or chicken breast, and a mix of hearty vegetables. It’s balanced, convenient, and packed with nutrients to support your active lifestyle.

The deadline to submit the order form is Friday night at 11:59 pm, and the order will be delivered to your doorstep on the following Tuesday/Wednesday or picked up on the following Thursday.

We take food allergies seriously. If you have any food allergies or simply want to avoid specific ingredients, please let us know in advance.

In the freezer, your order is best consumed within 6 weeks of delivery. You can store our products in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. We include a card with the Best Before date in every order!

We have a consistent delivery schedule with orders being delivered every Tuesday/Wednesday depending on your location. This allows you to plan your weekly meals with ease. You can also opt to pick up your order.

Yes, we offer free delivery based on the total amount of your order. Please visit our Delivery page for detailed information on the free delivery threshold for each zone.

If you have any inquiries regarding our delivery zones, schedule, or how to qualify for free delivery, please don't hesitate to contact us. Our team is dedicated to providing support and ensuring a smooth experience with Vigor Meals.

Currently, our delivery day is fixed to Tuesday/Wednesday to maintain consistency and efficiency. However, you can select Pick Up for your order.

We recommend that someone is home to receive the order. If not possible, please provide instructions for a safe drop-off location at your address during checkout. If you foresee any issues, please contact us in advance to make alternative arrangements.

We prioritize the freshness of your meals. Our delivery process is designed to minimize transit time, and meals are frozen and packed to maintain their quality until they reach your doorstep.
