Thawed: slit the bag slightly & microwave 45-60 sec.

PAN FRY

Pan fry over medium heat until internal temp at least 140°F, measured by food thermometer in multiple spots.

Heat pan over medium heat with 1 tsp oil (or butter!), then pan fry the rice until it achieves desired texture.

BOIL
