Vigor Meals Subscription Policy

At Vigor Meals, we are dedicated to delivering fresh, high-quality meals directly to your door, ensuring that every dish we serve is prepared with the freshest ingredients available. To achieve this while also supporting our sustainability goals and minimizing waste, we have established the following subscription policy:

Order Cancellation and Modifications

  • Deadline for Changes: To accommodate our preparation process, we require any cancellations or modifications to your subscription to be made before 9 pm on Monday for the upcoming Wednesday and Thursday deliveries.
  • Store Credit: In the event that an order is cancelled after it has been processed but before the cancellation deadline, we will issue a store credit for the full amount of the order.

Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for orders cancelled before the commencement of production. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request before the production begins.
  • Processing Fee: All refunded orders are subject to a 10% processing fee to cover administrative costs.

Sustainability and Waste Reduction

  • Our policy is designed with sustainability in mind. By setting a cancellation deadline, we aim to reduce waste and ensure that surplus ingredients are utilized efficiently or donated whenever possible.

Important Deadlines

  • For Wednesday and Thursday deliveries, the cancellation or modification deadline is Monday at 9 pm.
  • Refunds must be requested before our production phase commences, which is shortly after the cancellation deadline.
